Tell him to go Padventures.org> Account> Account lost, and there he can change it by the third option: "I want to reset my IP code by email confirmation."
If he has the old IP code saved, tell him to try to login at the site and it will appear a message where he can click to enter the old code to reset it. But I recommend for him to use the method: where he changes it by email (http://padventures.org/index.php/recovery).

Response time normally goes from less than 24 hours to 3 days. This support does not apply for deleted hacked accounts. If your data doesn't prove you are the owner of the account in conflict you won't get support.
