I suggest a little increase in Lickilicky's HP, it has 15300 and can't learn Reflect to have a better protection, but Snorlax has 15500 and can learn it even both having rest. So I think a little improvement in Lickilicky's HP would be nice and helpful or let her learn reflect too.

Also Snorlax have more than 3 skills which are not normal, I think are 4 or 5. And Lickilicky only 3.

Agree of improvement Lickilicky, but don't agree with give it possibility learn Reflect. Sleep Talk IMO its a solution to make it better in both side (PVP and PVE).

about moves, I got some references from bulbapedia

interesting moves to add:
lick (ghost)
gyro ball (steel)
power whip (grass)
knock off (dark)
stomp (normal)

defense curl could be a good passive for it. (or lick, very tematic, it should have it somehow)

Personally I dislike super sonic, I would remove it for sure..

magnitude is great, but could be move to tm learnset to give space to another good move, just an option.
