Hi there,
I would like to suggest one small change in lapras moveset.
Sheer cold> Sing

Basing on bulbapedia, lapras learing both moves by level up, also lapras is in hard situation cuz of its types.
Is weak almost to all what it can hunt by super effecitve. Its why need reflect. So i think that aoe stun like sing would help lapras to level up easier also wont make it much worse in pvp.

I agree too.

I still remember playing Pokemon Stadium 1 & 2 and how Lapras would use sing and defeat me. I hated it hahahaha.

Also, I don't see this change affecting pvp and it would improve pve A LOT, which is what most players want.

Also agree that Lapras should have sing. Much better for exp than Sheer Cold and won't affect PVP zone. Non DMG stun for non DMG stun, just area bigger and not target one. The only difference is that won't stun ghost type pokemon, but is not a big deal since we rather don't use Lapras against ghosts.

I agree that sing is better for hunting, but is not sheer cold better for duels? because frozen solid lasts more time than sleep, normal immunities and insonia-like abilities
