Hello.

Full accounts are not deleted.
You may delete your character manually:
1. Login on padventures.org
2. Navigate to the action bar within the character management and select "delete character":

The problem is I deleted this email on Microsoft. Also I don't know account name. How I can do?

Contact a Community Manager or an Admin, provide necessary information such as e-mail used for registration and they should be able to help you.
