House payment related question

Couldn't find it explained well on forum, also couldn't find anyone who would know that well, so here's the thread.
Just bought a house recently (1-2 weeks ago) and I wonder how does exactly the payment work. I paid ~430hd for it, it was not bought via auction, just a regular house bought with Alana res command, so the questions are:
- How often do I pay for it?
- How much is the payment? The 430hd I paid while buying it or...?

Rent is the same as price of house, it should be taken weekly from your depot but looks like this system is not working. It took cash once when change was announced and thats all. Put 1k in your depot and keep checking if system was fixed every week.

Well, I was just curious how it's supposed to work, thanks for the answer, and if it'll be fixed I will surely notice it.
