Hello good afternoon, I would like to make a complaint about the malfunction of the game after the last update (hallowine), I have been logging more than 10 times and it is good for 5 min and then the ping ms goes up 9k, 12k, 15k, 20k, etc up to 27k , and I've been in ultra worlhome for 2 hours, I feel cheated by the game. I request that you please do something since I try to report it by ctrl + R and nobody responded, and I would not like to receive an answer that it could be my internet connection, or that others are doing well because I pay a lot of money for my service and that Add server accelerator, since the signal is not the same distance to all of us.
