Help my account is bug, cant login in game:

Maybe reset you're modem or something.

Maybe your connection doesn't allow to use the tibia client (maybe the port is closed, the firewall is so hard)

That's really weird, character was teleported to PC (in case if you logged out in wrong place), ip reseted, so you should be able to log in.
Isn't that you have sold ponyta while riding some time ago? There was a problem like this too.

Try to reset ip, but not only you in pearl like 6 players today cant log in :l

Not as good as you think, and you have 7 warnings.
I was wondering what's the problem with your account, and took a look on site, then realized you have 7 warnings and last log in 17/06 so I've checked logs.

Purple name means that you are banned.
6 warnings result into banishment for a month, I think that every next warning result into the same. I have no idea who banned you, because somehow, our command in game to check ban info does not show that you are even banned.
