is possible to rebalance gengar? the reason is that he cannot duel with a normal type pokemon, only damage it with sludge bomb... and the majority of normal type pokes have attacks of other types to attack gengar and down easy without taking damage....

his moveset is 90% of ghost types and is boring when ur opponent choose a normal type poke... only have sludge bomb to damage it.... i know that have tms for add to it with normal or poison type damage but is more necesary tms how curse pledge or night daze because 1-) his counter types are ghost and psychics type pokes and with the tms mentionent he can defend himself...

Rejected. Gengar is a ghost type and isn't supposed to be killing or dealing any higher damage to normal Pokemon. Also I don't really see a reason of changing its balance when it is good as it is.
