Im agree that Gengar needs a passive, but not a ghost type one... it has already many attacks of ghost type and we have to remember that Gengar has 2 types: Ghost/Poison. So it needs more poison type attacks, so i would suggest a passive like: Sludge, Venom Drench, Toxic Drop, Sting Gun, Poison Jab
