I solved the problem options/more/download file using proxy (I raised)

If downloading files via proxy does not help, try downloading client from our website. During update some file might have got corrupted in your folder what prevents from downloading the files, it once happened to me.

Settings > more > download files via proxy
or install/download visual c++ that may be preventing too.

and latest option is your antiviru/firewall blocking it.

Nope. This all of that and nothing helped. A tried since yesterday. It it not my fault that after update I cannot log in anymore. I will miss my daily login...

Did you redownload and installed client from website?
Did u try log in both clients? ( X9 and normal one)

ok, I have tried again and now files are downloading again from the beginning. I recon that is a good sign.
