Make 1 NPC in every world that will sell fireworks for 10 HD, once used it will have 1 of the following effects each time used.

Summon an Electric type Pokemon for Sparking Fireworks
Yellow spark effect
Summon a Fire type Pokemon for Blazing Fireworks
Red spark effect
Summon a Water type Pokemon for Aqua Fireworks
Blue spark effect

There will also be a 5% to 10% chance that you receive the following
a present box containing an energy stone or an electric Pokemon by random if you purchase a sparking firework.
a present box containing a fire stone or a fire type Pokemon by random if you purchase a blazing firework.
a present box containing a water stone or a water type Pokemon by random

By purchasing a grand finality firework for 50 HD you will have the chance at receiving a box 3.
Event will last 1 week.
