Where : Just outside of PC, Left of PC (Possibly all stairs leading down to the log road)
What is happening/not happening :
Trying to go down the stairs will have you walk ontop of the stairs without going down. If you are flying on something ex: Porygon, stairs work fine. But riding like a houndoom results in same problem as walking.
