All the starter's huh, what about Typhlosion Swarmpet Empoleon Decidueye Incineroar?
Not all pokemon should have a passive, aoe stun or defensive move, thats why the tms move set xD
Decidueye has sythnesis
İncineroar has sweet HP
Do empoleon need passive?
Do thyplosion need pasive?
Also swarm pet has protection as well
Have you ever use blastoise? xD can he show the same talent as those did ? already rejected too many things on blastoise that i suggested, i just wrote whats in my mind, these 5 pokemons i didnt remembered well

Also thyplosion has Rage aswell
Just imagine the person which is fan of blastoise, can he really protect himself with only Metallic noise?

Typhlosion has a Fire Mantle.
Blastoise can learn Reflect.
Blastoise has 2 nice AoE moves (Brine, Hydropump). Blastoise has Metalic Noise as a AoE stun. Blastoise has another one AoE move which is Water Spout. Besides these it has Skull Bash/Water Gun which are kind of AoE. Moreover it can learn Water Pulse as a second AoE stun (cheap one). It can learn Blizzard/Rain Dance which are another AoE moves. If not, it can learn Tsunami which is pretty good, cheap and has only 20sec CD. To defeat rock/ground and many fire pokemons (if you don't like Tsunami) it can learn Earthquake and Fissure. Blastoise is really nice and great balanced pokemon.

Empoleon is stonger at his 2 type like metal sound magnetic shock plus you can go for hyropump waterpulse as tm (2 stun 1 protection)

Swampert is poke which is unusable like blastoise, thats why people want rebalance on it

Many pokemons are unusable or we just don't see that players use them. People are usually exping popular pokemon (not all players) what is also the reason some pokemon aren't so common. I have really big collection of pokemons, even those less popular and I can make you sure that some of them (less popular) are better than those more popular.

İn platinum, TM018 Rain Dance is 70k. no minus or plus its always 70k
How can i add tm tsunami to pokemon which is has Rain Dish ability
