bicicle dosnt work

i buy a bike and i go to the same speed all day :/ how i can fix it ?

Its always been like this, when your lvl is an Odd number you go faster than an pair number example: If your lvl 10, it goes slow, if level 11goes faster, 12 slower etc. But it gets a bit faster after you have been lvling up a bit. Thats all it has always been like this (ask me in a pm if some questions or ingame name Warioandme)
