About duel system

What you think about duel system like that:
1. Instead of duel (br like) you will have "Duel/Party" in context menu
2. You need to create party first of all ( or if 1vs1 no party needed )
3. Than "make" duel with another party

?
So it would be like party duels, not limited in duel members ( can be 5vs7 or 10vs12 or 5vs5 or 2vs).
Ofc party leader need to accept party with other party. I think gonna be good system, what you think ?
