Shadow Storm has exactly the same power
shadow ball and shadow punch has +/- the same power than 'shadow storm'
and shadow storm hit 2,1k max (c gengar lv 120)
toxic, dream eater and shadow storm need buff...

Fear on c gengar is very op.... need balance.
c gengar hit 1,8~1,9k
normal gengar hit 1,2k

the others are all right...

hit normal gengar = 2050 ~ 2,1k
hit C gengar = 2150 ~ 2230
night shade has +/- the same power than a normal gengar

Cloned gengar is fine now, you shouldn't say anything, because cloned gengar is so overpower.

Ok, I with the Jwlove's help,did a test between both pokemons, Cloned gengar and Normal gengar:

-Shadow storm should be balanced.
-Fear should be balanced.
-Toxic should be balanced.
-Dream Eater should be balanced.

If you haven't noticed yet, some cloned have the same problem, but well, it is not a problem at all, If you try testing cloned dragonite you will notice that moves m8,m9,m10,m11 deal exactly the same dmg thn the normal one.

Same with cloned flareon and cloned pinsir, these have some moves without any change.

What's the result? the pokemons are still good and no changes are needed.

PD: moves like shadow storm, twister and falling things are random, so i dont think that it matters alot

Why?

There is a lv difference between both gengars, this can lead to mistakes.

Try to test with same lv gengars.

'dream eater' with normal gengar is better than C gengar! WTF!
with 10 lvl's it will not change! 10lv's = 300+ damage?!

I think the best is test C Gengar 120 and Gengar 120 in the same poke. Like duel vs one dragonite 100 or any other, because gengar and c gengar have one diference on life, defense..

this is not right! are cloned to have a different color? to have a stronger attacks and other weaker?

even though it is somewhat stronger, but need balance c gengar and c nite..
we must be ethical, "fear" must be changed because it is very strong... but not to have the same power as a normal.
Dream Eater, shadow storm and toxic need balance.. must be stronger. mainly night shade, which is clearly weaker.

for those who do not have them, is easy to say than do not need to change..
