3 rare poke quest help

how I can do this quest? Me and my friends catched all 6 pokemons we placed the pokemons beside the stones, one of us walk to activate the quest but... nothing happned... what should I do? we need more 1 person to activate the quest? I really wanna catch bulbasaur =) (BEGINNER ISLAND)
