Undelete not found.

Hi,
Today i go login and i have a surprise, my character named Spartans has been deleted, probably because a hacker.
After this, i go to PA web site to undelete my character and i have other surprise, i no found the undelete...
Well, what i can do ?

Undeleted, i will remove option for deleting characters.
