Recovery Lost pokes from char Masejah

My friend Masejah lost his pokes and he cant activate his forum account so i post it:

~Raichu 90lvl
~Gligar 67

ps.Pokemons disappeared long ago after the Halloween event finished. Thats why im not sure of their lvl and gender
