Password Lost

I changed my password as usual, for security reasons, but I soon forgot about it, as I have no Recovery Key, I have no way to recover it.
Can i get it back? I have the email and everything, just do not have the Recovery Key.

Dont you think recovery key is much safer than changing password ?
