[Recovery] Lost Item

Today sunday 04/08 at 16:25 time in chile, I lost a bag that i had in Lorensillo's house (Position: [X: 3719] [Y: 3189] [Z: 5].) it was a dewgong bag, in there was a loot of items (Rocket balls, ticket cloned, and so many loots from diferent types)
This happen in a rollback, when the game had logged out, I wait a minutes and when i log in, I appeared in a place where i was 10 minutes ago, after that i had gone to Lorensillo's house to find some things and when i see, my bag wasn't there.

I am really sorry, but items are not restorable. It's your responsibility to relog (save your character) after trading, getting items.

9. Restoration of Items:
Staff members will not restore items lost in trades, mail system, scams, account sharing, accidentally trashing, selling to NPC, hacking or rollbacks*
