*Your Account
*Your last used password or old passwords
*All characters' names in your account
*Location of where do you live
*Last time you logged in the character(s)
*E-mail whose you registered your account with

Response time normally goes from less than 24 hours to 3 days. This support does not apply for deleted hacked accounts.
If your data doesn't prove you are the owner of the account in conflict you won't get support.
