I have a doubt with something of the game, I went up a Pidgey and Pidgeotto evolve in and when I check the pokedex said he could use 4 attacks at level 20 (I guess the pokemon) and when used in battle could only use 2 and the other two said they needed more level (level of the pokemon) then the pokedex is wrong? or wave?? :?: :?

tengo un duda con algo del juego, yo subi a un pidgey y lo evolucione en pidgeotto y cuando lo cheque en el pokedex decia que podia usar 4 ataques de nivel 20 (supongo que del pokemon) y cuando lo use en batalla solo podia usar 2 y los otros 2 decia que necesitaba mas level (level del pokemon) entonces el pokedex esta mal?? o que onda??? :?: :?
