[Support] I can't release my pokemon

Hi, I enter ingame today 1 hour ago, but now I can't release my pokes
I tried to release and msg "Sorry, not posible." appear in bottom of window...

Please help me

Try to:
1. Relog
2. Restart Client
3. Suicide
4. Put backpack with pokemons to depot and take them again
