I want to buy a house by an auction but i cannot bet with my main character, a i cant choose any other than my first char made. Can it be changed?

Since there is no reply, i wnat to ask if i can do something like that, which is buying house by one of my char and sell it to my other char on the same account? Is this illegal?

Position: {x = 3374, y = 3690, z = 7}.
Can u swap this to my character Ash Musztarda?
