Hoenn pokemons from poi box

Hello, i opened a poi box and i received a Dusknoir [40], i supposed that my catch should increase but nope xd, i don't
know if this happen to other players or just me, but i think that this should increase my catch, i mean it is a new catch
in the same way when you open a kanto o johto box :v

Happend to me twice, that's why pokedex is bugged right now, it says me I have 203 catch when I have 204. I do know it because I get 200 catchs my pokedex was bugged like that saying I had 198 when I had 199.

I had problem with Cloned Box...I got Cloned Alakazam and it count me on padventures page but when i open catch or computer it shows 1 catch less...example when i had 200 it was written 199 and on internet normaly 200....still i have that problem
