Haunter is one of the way to exp low level peoples with their normal type like persian etc, also they using pokemons with scrappy ability too.

Haunter spamming poison jab while we using normal type to take advantage of immunity, could it remove from wild haunters?

maybe not remove, it is there cuz haunters was farm of exp. Just
simply reduce the frequency of using posion jab.

Even these two skills are not in their skillset, its a big problem for newbies so i keep strong suggest on that :S

Haunter is ghost/poison and I don't really see a reason why it should lose it. It's not like it can kill your pokemon using 1 spell. Potions aren't this expensive.
