Fly on Talonflame

I don"t know why Talonflame don't have fly. Because some pokes like Noctowl and Xatu have it and is most smallest than Talonflame. I propose to Add fly skill on Talonflame.

We'll try to add it in next update maybe or another one. I didn't really have time to do it neither got it from spriter and I don't think it's the biggest importance in the world.
