Well, I've never seen a pokemon evolve and maintain a skill he does not have until then I did not question, I went there and bought an Ability reset and he kept a skill that was not in his range of abilities: Pixilate and Cute charm .

In thread about Pokemon abilities you may find info, that there's a low chance that your Pokemon may keep ability from its previous evolution. The same goes to the ability reset - there's a low chance, that even if you use reset, your pokemon will receive the same ability.
