In Charizard Valley only spawn charmleon 40- without attacks.

The 'exp bug' happens when a pokemon gets exp while it is in its pokeball.

The exp bug happens when for example:

You are killing a venusaur with charizard, and burn it
So it will be lossing -10 hitpoints every secons by the burn
But the venusaur kills your charizard
And after venusaurs dies coz of the burn, you get exp, but your charizard was killed, that exp adds to charizard
but nothing happens until you get more exp, then your pokemon level up, I hope this is clear.

I don't know if you check before if you have it
Because if you remember some gm put some lider gyms test on the roof
We defeated them, before they put the real lyders, I've got 3 medals, myst, brock, and erika
That's why I ask if you noticed before you don't have it, maybe you already have it

If this is not the case, then could be considered a bug.
