[Support] Client Error 10060 ENG/PL

Hi, so today at 4 in the night I had a problem "Error 10060"
I thought that the problem is on my side, so for me everything was fine,
I normally internet but I could not log on to form after 10 minutes and walked for some time again I had the same, could someone explain to me what's going on with this error?

Witam otóż dzisiaj o 4 w nocy miałem taki problem "Error 10060"
Myślałem że problem leży po mojej stronie, otóż u mnie wszystko było dobrze,
internet miałem normalnie lecz nie mogłem zalogować na postać, dopiero po 10 minutach wszedłem i za jakiś czas znów miałem to samo, czy mógłby mi ktoś wyjaśnić o co chodzi z tym błędem?

It happening to me sometimes when i try to log in PA,but when i switch to net explorers it works fine
Also idk reason,but i think thats some with computer problems...

I do not know whether I understand, but it may be the fault of the computer?

I had that "connection problem" only when i log in PA...after i reset my PC system,it worked fine,didnt have later problem with it.
Also i lost connection on same way on some other game i Play,but thats not some rare...few times
