Bugged floor at my house

there are red sqm on the floor of my house that are not the normal wooden floor and cannot be moved. There's any chanse of fixe that?

Someone who was owned this house before you has made this floor. I think that someone from CM/Admins can fix it for you but it's not bug ofc.
