In cianwood we have almost empty big mountains, maybe add there quest with nice spawn like pewter quest on kanto: 1st floor with a lot of low pokes like: Pineco, Gligar, Phanpy... 2nd floor with a lot, a bit stronger pokes like: Aipom, Sudowoodo, Donphan ... 3rd final hard core floor big...

    If we know well, somebody who wanna go charizard valley must got poke with fly, low lvl's sometimes na have poke with fly. So mapper did thisway for this people, but he forgotten abut door's to this way - this way exist but nobody can enter there :(
