    Wild pokemons, no cooldown?

    Its fun how wild pokemons have no cooldown, I was levelling my haunter and its imposible when theres 2 hypnos, 3 drowzees and a kadabra spamming hypnosys & confusion, I think wild pokemons COOLDOWN should be fixed or at last make they use less stunning spells >.>.

    I were helping a friend to get his wigglytuff level 40 at the ponytas/rapidash, after like, 5 rapidashs I looted an fire stone! I tough fire stone only dropped from pokes that need it to evolve, like arcanine and ninetales, but now I see it doens't, was it luck.
