Dragonite U.P.
Dragonite should be best pokemon of kanto (Better than Scyther/Magmar/Snorlax and more) but he's not rare. All players can buy it or take from Box2 (Dratini). In my opinion Dratini/Dragonair/Dragonite shouldn't be in Box, only catch.- Tummi
