Where to catch Eevee?

Hello! I would like to know if the game has the ability to catch an Eevee, if so, where he lives. If im can't catch it with a Pokeball, how can you get it without taking into account the purchase in the market?

You can catch eevee on at least one of the respawns in hau'oli and also if I remember correctly a few have resp in malie.

if u're vip best resp is at malie, there are 4 if i'm not mistaken
