Usage of Mimic Wall to block players

I would like to report player Khun Morgan for using Mr Mime move Mimic Wall to block passage. I was catching shiny roggenrola and shiny boldore for couple hours, then player Khun Morgan came and started attacking those as well, since i was still about to get half the kills of those Pokes he started to use advantage of level diffrence/speed diffrence to outrun me and use Mimic Wall to block passage. He used it about 15 times, 3 of which i captured on screenshots as tutor advised, then i gave up. At one of those screenshots you can see in chat that he clearly is having fun with placement of those walls. Please, take an action against that player so he wont be harassing other players no more.
