Mega tyranitar is an amazing Dark poke, but normal tyranitar isnt good Rock or Dark poke.So i suggest normal tyranitar be more Rock Type and Mega Tyranitar more Dark.

He is good, but he can be better and more useful. Mega tyranitar is much better dark pokemon than normal form.About rock moves normal and mega have some moves. So i think is better normal form be more rock,this would make it more useful and differentiate it from the mega
