Hi guys, with today's update Smeargle system and Smeargle quest have been implemented oficially.
I won't go into details about the quest, just find NPC Tracey and start a conversation. (you may also notice that the interaction with this NPC is not standard)
Notes:
* Smeargle movesets and "move slots" are CHARACTER BOUND.
* By default a character has 3 "move slots" to use.
* By completing the missions from Tracey quest a player can unlock up to 10 "move slots".
* The maximum "move slots" possible is 10.
* Smeargle can only learn moves avaliable ingame (no bosses, no special Pokemon, etc)
* There may be moves that system won't let you learn, in that case check the restrictions list and if you are unsure ask on forums!
* Smeargle's moves cooldowns are calculated based on AVERAGE of every Pokemon cooldown that has said move, rounded up. (only Pokemon avaliable for players, ignore bosses, etc)
* Since cooldown are calculated on average, you may notice your cooldown changing with the time. (new Pokemon implementations, rebalance, etc)
* Smeargle has 10% less damage power.
* If you notice a move not dealing damage, report it on the forum.
* Smeargle cannot learn TMs.

Learning moves
If you have a Smeargle released, and you have free slots (unused)
You can right click on a Pokemon and select "Sketch"
A new window will pop up
In this window you can manage your current moves and add new ones...
To add a new attack, select it from the right list, select the destiny slot and press th e arrow between both lists.
You can add more than 1 move at the same time (it will check the restrictions one by one anyway)
