its main type is water. However, it does have some counter moves that helps it lots, whether in duels or hunting. Although, it has a set of interesting moves, I would like to propose the replacement from sleep talk to dragon fury, giving a small improvement in its second type.
* is a large area move that does damage (dragon fury)
* it may not be a very advantageous idea, thinking from the pvp side, if your enemy attacks you with a fairy type pokemon, and all you need is a functional stun against it. But, there are several other ways to solve this .. pvp speaking (good duelists who say rs), so you could move sleep talk to its tmset set.

I suggest to improve Kingdra and Shiny Kingdra. Currently Kingdra is forgotten for both pve and pvp, clear smog does not help to hunt and in duel it makes no difference to the point of kingdra being used in duel. So, changing the clear smog for a move with the same formula as water or dragon would help in pve. To improve PVP, I suggested 3 changes to help in the duel (m1,m2 and passive).Finally, a better stun for kingdra and shiny kingdra. I think this way it's good for everyone.
