is it possible to give this pokemon a little more water aoe? Maybe remove dragon breath and add downpour. Its hard to exp because one of tm slots is always reflect.

Rejected we will not touch kingdra because she's good as she is now. You already have water tornado, draco meteor, sleep talk, dragon breath (it does hit quite a bit but ofc only in 1 direction), water spout and even clear smog.

Imo removing dragon breath would be a nerf and i don't see a problem in giving her ref and rain if u want "water" pokemon and let's be honest with so many water pokemons i would pref it being more dragon than water.
