I'm suggesting these changes because I believe that with them this Pokémon would be a little better, dragon-type Pokémon is not that good anymore, Salamence then...
I think it would be better to use that way, Salamence needs to be a little more valued. So using a reflect and dragon storm would look cool to use. I wish he was a Pokemon as good as a flygon, I say at the same level, but I don't think it's possible.
