Hey! Today my friend Palmeirense [147] was doing his Sceptile Daily Task in Lilycove when the player Dragon Pink [351] started to follow him and ksing all his Shiny Pokémon, as we can see on that video. Even being abble to acess a lot of better spawns because his high level. When i tried to pm him asking for stop, he admitted that also was trying to provoke my friend, talking bad things about his football team and more bullshit like that. Dragon Pink was probably considering his past, and trying to perturb him till he get some proof to get any banishiment. As a injustice hater, i'm here to defend him, that was quiet, doing his task, without disturbing anyone. Here's all the screenshots i get about our conversation, when he addmited that was only trolling: 1, 2, 3. Repair that even when i stay in silence, he keeps teasing me. Hope my report work for something, Padventures don't need toxic people like him. Thanks!

The question here aren't if u hate ks or everyone knows you. The question is that THIS TIME you followed and ksed a low level player with proofs, even having 200+ level of difference. As I said above, man, I don't even like ks and he's complaining about something that lasted 3 minutes because his friend offended me and that is against the rules. As I said, if I really wanted ks, I would get my lv 150 char with pokes much stronger than his and I would win smiling just like that. I just didn't accept it and I liked the offense. As I said, what makes you win ks is not lv, but fingers and pokemons. But this will be my last post on this subject.

Pokemons have a maximum level of 130, being level 150 or 350 doesn't make any difference, if you know which pokemons to use you can win any ks in this game and don't give me the excuse that he has more expensive pokemons because that doesn't mean they are stronger. You are saying ks is against the rules but in fact it is not, following someone everywhere can be considered as harrasing but not when you are fighting for a spawn. We obviously don't know the full story but if you didn't want your friend to get ksed you could have go there party with him and try to win the spawn for him.

KS on follow is not illegal

Hello,
KS is not illegal. It is illegal to purposely wait just for a shiny to spawn (for example flying above exping person), in such case we firstly give a verbal warning unless it's not the first time.
Also following is not illegal unless happens from spawn A to spawn B
