Hello everyone, how are you?
I have played Padventures in several different periods throughout its existence. I usually create new accounts, play for a while, and eventually give up. The main reason is that the game always feels the same: just more levels to progress and endless farming, with little real fun. The satisfaction ends up being only about achieving something through effort, not about the overall experience.
Because of this, I would like to suggest some changes that, in my opinion, could greatly improve the game. I know these ideas are uncommon and that not all of them may be feasible, but I believe that one or two could realistically be implemented.
I believe the game map should be smaller or more concentrated.
Currently, there are many maps and spawn areas that are rarely used. Most players always use the same locations, which makes a large part of the map unnecessary. I don’t think there is a need for such a large map, but rather for a smaller, well-designed, and more alive world.
One possible approach would be:
Players who have played ZA know that this system works well. This city could be built gradually, slowly moving existing content into it and removing unnecessary maps over time.
It would be interesting to replace or rethink the current PvP system (which is still rarely used) with something like a Battle Tower, inspired by Pokémon Platinum and Emerald.
A system focused on:
Something that would make players want to log in and play, even without direct PvP.
The beginning of the game feels somewhat directionless. A well-defined main quest would help a lot.
This quest could:
This would give more purpose to early progression.
It would be very interesting to have:
These challenges should not be easy, but they should be accessible to all players, serving as clear progression goals.
Leveling should be faster and less exhausting.
This would allow players to:
I would like to see:
This kind of content makes the game more memorable and fun.
With a smaller map, it would be possible to focus more on visuals.
Suggestions:
Graphics from Pokémon Ranger could be used as a base, with some adjustments. I know this would be time-consuming, but it could be done gradually. For example, each month one of the rotating spawn areas could feature only Pokémon with these updated animations.
It would be interesting to have:
This would greatly increase the game’s depth.
I believe that levels above 100 are excessive.
I understand that, due to programming limitations, reverting this might not be possible, but it would be interesting to:
These are just suggestions from someone who enjoys the game and would like to see it become more fun, dynamic, and modern. I believe that some of these ideas could significantly refresh the Padventures experience.
Note: I don’t speak English, so I used AI to translate my ideas. I would really like to hear everyone’s opinion about these suggestions. Maybe the game is just not for me anymore, but I would still love to see some of these ideas implemented in Padventures.

Game Map
I believe the game map should be smaller or more concentrated.
Currently, there are many maps and spawn areas that are rarely used. Most players always use the same locations, which makes a large part of the map unnecessary. I don’t think there is a need for such a large map, but rather for a smaller, well-designed, and more alive world.
One possible approach would be:
- A large central city containing most of the game’s resources
- Weekly or monthly rotating spawns, keeping players interested
- More players concentrated in the same area, increasing interaction
Players who have played ZA know that this system works well. This city could be built gradually, slowly moving existing content into it and removing unnecessary maps over time.
Battle Tower and PvP
It would be interesting to replace or rethink the current PvP system (which is still rarely used) with something like a Battle Tower, inspired by Pokémon Platinum and Emerald.
A system focused on:
- Fun
- Progressive challenge
- Meaningful rewards
Something that would make players want to log in and play, even without direct PvP.
Main Quest
The beginning of the game feels somewhat directionless. A well-defined main quest would help a lot.
This quest could:
- Guide the player through the game
- Help level up the first team
- Naturally lead players to the maximum level
This would give more purpose to early progression.
Gyms
It would be very interesting to have:
- A gym for each type
- Leaders separated by player level ranges
These challenges should not be easy, but they should be accessible to all players, serving as clear progression goals.
Leveling and Progression
Leveling should be faster and less exhausting.
This would allow players to:
- Test multiple Pokémon more easily
- Experiment with different builds and playstyles
- Make the game feel less repetitive
Additional Content
I would like to see:
- More puzzles throughout the game
- Well-designed events, with temporary exclusive areas
This kind of content makes the game more memorable and fun.
Graphic Updates
With a smaller map, it would be possible to focus more on visuals.
Suggestions:
- Updated tilesets with a more modern look
- Pokémon with more animations:
- Idle animation
- Physical attack animation
- Special attack animation
Graphics from Pokémon Ranger could be used as a base, with some adjustments. I know this would be time-consuming, but it could be done gradually. For example, each month one of the rotating spawn areas could feature only Pokémon with these updated animations.
Pokémon Variety
It would be interesting to have:
- Variations of the same Pokémon
- Example: one Lucario with a more physical build and another with a more special-oriented build
- Or the possibility for players to manually adjust these builds
This would greatly increase the game’s depth.
Levels and Endgame Progression
I believe that levels above 100 are excessive.
I understand that, due to programming limitations, reverting this might not be possible, but it would be interesting to:
- Replace this system with IVs and EVs
- Unlock something like Hyper Training through quests
- Or simply remove progression beyond level 100
These are just suggestions from someone who enjoys the game and would like to see it become more fun, dynamic, and modern. I believe that some of these ideas could significantly refresh the Padventures experience.
Note: I don’t speak English, so I used AI to translate my ideas. I would really like to hear everyone’s opinion about these suggestions. Maybe the game is just not for me anymore, but I would still love to see some of these ideas implemented in Padventures.
