Pokemon: Shiny Toucannon.
Skills: Rock Smash(for both normal and shiny) missing Harvest and Fly.
I mean toucannon has huge beak probably could break some rocks since it can learn TM055 Rock-smash that would make sense.
And by missing skills i mean this:

Also the flying sprite for Normal Toucannon is of Shiny so that could be fixed as well.
