Noivern is a bad pokemon,because dont have good stun. Another thing is change Aoe Dragon for Fly one. I think we already have very nice dragons in game, so i think Noivern will be more useful if you have more flying attacks.

After the improvement in the dragon type, I believe the ideal for Noivern is to remain with the predominance of the main type which is dragon in its Aoes.
As it is a Pokémon without any kind of protection, it needs a better stun, dragon lullaby is a good option, but ideally use this move as one of the options and TM. The ideal would be a dragon type Fling xD But we don't have it yet.

-I suggest changing your average dragon type stun, for a better flying type stun.
-My second suggestion is to give him a second Aoe Dragon, I'm suggesting in place of Hurricate, but it could be in place of some of his target move

Shiny Noivern has become quite common in the game because of the Bug Net, and because it is an average Pokémon, it has dropped more and more in price. Reminds me of the case of Shiny Kingdra, but she was saved by a great rebalancing
