[Recovery] Lost items by rollback and pokemon

This is the account of my friend:
Haawk
Diamond
Pokemon lost: Shedinja[50][M] Ultra ball, Speed boost.
Last Month i Released it: August
He bought it a few minutes before the rollback and then traded it to the character "Jin Sakai (this is a second character of my account)"
Haawk lost the money and the pokemon.
And I also lost the item (Ability urge) which was traded from character: Rozcu to character: Haawk, about 30 minutes before the rollback.
