[Recovery] Lost a lot of pokemons and items

Greetings,

My alt character Leipekutkop had house Fashion Street #164 in Celadon but when it lost premium account it also lost the house ofcourse.

There was a chest in this house with a lot of pokemon and items which didn't get send to my character depot. I don't know if the chest was still there when the house got a new owner because the chest is now gone. (New owner says the system cleared the house clean when he bought it)

There were a lot of pokemons from character Ryuder which quited sometime ago and gave me everything like alolan ninetales, paladinf, ...
Also a lot of Charcadets, Klawfs, other donate pokes
A lot of 130 pokemons (no shinies or cloneds) Magmortar, Rhyperior, Sandslash, ...
Items like all pokemon flutes, pokemon boxes of all types 2-3-4

Also what I don't understand is how I lost the house, it seems now owned by someone without premium account. So why did I lose it when my character lost premium account?

I reported once that some of my boxes which was full of old event items were not sent to my locker when I lost a house, and got the answer that it was impossible to happen. Maybe it is related to the amount of items it has that makes it impossible to be sent to locker.
