I would like to suggest an improvement to the ability infiltrator, as we know so far this ability only is good to not hurt you with reflect, I believe that nobody would use attacks on subsitute or reflect knowing that it will only cause 20% of the original dmg.
This would be my suggestion: Make it cause 50% of original damage in reflect and substitute, with this change I think it would make this ability more useful and maybe some pokes that can learn it could improve.
I doubt that some poke will become too strong because the pokes that can learn it nobody uses them on pvp,also this ability only work on substitute and reflect and would be just 50% of the original dmg compared with no guard (100% of the original dmg and work on all type of protections) is nothing.
