How to ask for Support Properly [ROLLBACKS / DONATIONS/POKÉMON RECOVERY]

For any kind of support related directly with your character(s), you ought to include this information:
-> Main Character Name (the one with the problem)
-> World of the Character


Whenever you ask for a Pokemon recovery:

->List the Pokemon by name, level, gender, pokeball, nickname and TM, Last Month you Released it and How did you get it. Making a post in this section http://www.padventures.org/forum/forumdisplay.php?12-Feedback-amp-Support

Pokemon recovery Example:

->Andyrax‎
->Diamond
->Pokemon lost: Arcanine [130] [M] Friend Ball, Intimidate, Lux, TM08 Lava Plume.
->Last Month I Released it: December
->I bought it with my character Andyrax long ago.



For a donation issue, you post this:
->How many diamonds?
->Which donation method did you use?
->When did you make the transaction?
->And a copy of the transaction made.

Response time normally goes from less than 24 hours to 3 days. This support does not apply for deleted hacked accounts.
If your data doesn't prove you are the owner of the account in conflict you won't get support.
